Terms and Conditions

1. 20 % cancellation fee if you cancel anytime after paying your non refundable booking deposit.
2. Non refundable 20% booking deposit to book in.
3. Postponing terms and conditions: You can postpone your date and money paid is transferred over if we have your new date available. If we cannot accommodate your new date, money paid is refundable minus your deposit and cancellation fee. ^**Postponing may incur extra costs due to your new date and possible inflation of products in the market.
4. Hire items terms and conditions: Hire items are to return in the same condition. We do allow a small buffer for minor scratches. Broken or misplaced items will need to be replaced at clients exspense.Hire items are outlined in your invoice.
5. With amending invoices, there is only a 10% buffer in which we can minus off once it’s all booked in with your deposit paid. If you wish to add things to your initial invoice, we can do this. All changes need to be confirmed 4 weeks before your wedding day.
